And yes.. I was just diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my lower back.  Any ideas for keeping limber would be great.  I just got a cortizone shot and am on some anti-inflammatory meds.  I stopped taking them becase it made my heart beat hard.  I am also having good success with stretching and little exercises prescribed by the Physical Therapist.  I also went for prayer several times and this last time brought immediate relief.  I had been in pain all week up until I was prayed for on Sunday morning...  From then until now I have been fine..  I'm hoping it was a complete healing..  I'll keep you posted!

I am sorry to hear that you have a degeneratative back disorder. It sounds as though the healing through prayer worked. I will pray for your continued healing, as I remember in the past when you and Danelle laid hands on my chest, and I have not been bothered by that m%%%% in my chest since.
I am on my last days of being off work for a pinched nerve and buldging disc in my back right now. I have days where i could walk for miles, and then days where I get no relief from anything. I have been progressively getting better this week though, and hope to return to work on Saturday. Keep praying as I am running out of sick days.....

Well, I went back to work last Friday (3/16). I don't know how you people feel about people laying hands on others to heal, but a freind of mine was in town from Tuesday through Thursday, and she laid hands on my back Thursday before she left. Yesterday, I did not need to take anymore than 2000mg of Ibuprofen to get through the day. I was up to 4000mg at the worst of it and for several of the days, so that was a blessing. I am walking more each day and getting around fine. The pain is almost gone completely. Things are looking upwards, thank God.

Well.  I know I still have some limitations with my back.  It is better, but not completely healed.  I think it is the thorn in my side.  But it is sort of good in a way.  It has caused me to start exercising more and doing some great stretching in the mornings.  I am doing sit-ups every morning and I take the stairs at work every day although there is an elevator.  I work on the 3rd floor so by the time I get up the stairs I'm just a little winded!  Going down is not so bad.  That's the easy part.  But I try to take the stairs about 3 times a day and I can already tell a difference in my health and my legs.  I'm also trying different sleeping alternatives.  I slept on the couch one night and that gave me a lot of relief.  I'm thinking about getting one of those mattresses that conform to your body.  I bet that would eliminate a lot of aches and pains in the morning.  Just going to have to wait until the $$ is there though.  Overall if I stretch and take care of myself by trying to stay healthy I think that it is really helping.  Ibuprophen helps too.  Ha!  I was taking a doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory that really does wonders, but it makes my heart pound and I don't like that feeling.  I think if I can either lose some belly weight or just get my belly and body in beter shape and keep it that way - I'm going to do much better.  I have found that the stretches are great.  I would have never thought that laying on your back and pulling one leg up in the air as far as you can for 15 secs. & 5 times would do so much.  When you stretch out the hamstring it really takes a lot of pressure off your lower back.  Try it out!

Look into yoga or exercises that your chiropractor can give you. Stretching and exercising has helped me dramatically since my surgery on L4. It blew out into my spinal cord, pinching the nerves in my lower back and digestive sysyem. I had the "saddle syndrome" but luckily afterwards i only have some minor nerve damage considering that my situation could of put me in a wheel chair having to catherize myself. Stay positive, exercise and know it could always be worse...

I wanted to let everyone know that I started using a nikken magnetic back pad that tucks in behind your underwear and the velcrow sticks to your waistband.  I have noticed significant relief.  The lady that gave it to me said it totally cured her husbands back.  I can now make it through a day and not be totally stiff and sore at the end of the day.  Anyways, if you're looking for an alternative this might be it.

Here's the direct link to the back pad I'm using

Money and sex! wow power leveling It’s no wonder that wow power leveling every day

there are thousands of online searches asking the painful yet provocative question “is my husband cheating?” To be fair, there are probably just as many

men asking the wow power leveling same thing! The truth, however obscured, is actually obvious.
If your spouse aion power level seems to hide their cell phone, block your access to their FaceBook or

erases all email and text messages almost as soon as they aion powerleveling come in, they are probably

hiding something. The sad part is that many people spend aion powerleveling endless hours

trying to hack into their partner’s computers or cell phones, cheap aion power leveling

tracing numbers and recording time spent talking on their wireless to try to prove something!
