I have just found this website.  It has been 14 years since my counterfeit conviction.  I understand what all of the convicted felons are facing.  I have had a hard time finding a good job.  I have a sales background and had my own insurance agency for 22 years before my conviction.  Had to do 18 mos.  Since the violent offender act, even though I am not a violent offender, it still affects a convicted felon, and in Louisiana you can't sell cars, mobile homes, insurance.  It has been hard.  I live in Louisana and am now looking to move to another state where I can sell autos or real estate.  If some one out there can %%%%ist me in telling me what state will allow me to work in that capacity it will certainly help me.  Awaiting a response.. silas
